We placed an order over a month ago, and without giving a reason Packhelp delayed our delivery date by three weeks. This is unacceptable, we need these boxes for our christmas products. A delivery the 21st of December is simply no good for us.
From the initial email with Żaneta, it was a wonderful experience working with Packhelp! There was a constant stream of communication and Żaneta also shared additional information that was helpful for me to navigate to what I was needing. Despite Packhelp not shipping to the States, I know I will use Packhelp at some point in time and definitely share with my friends that do have access to Packhelp!

Packhelp is our product box supplier for more than two years. They have always been helpful, attentive of our orders and meet our quality criteria. Last time we ordered we made a mistake, which did not notice through the approval of the order. We approved the wrong order without paying attention, yet the production manager noticed, contacted and corrected. Their handling time is decent, especially taking into account all products are not readily made since they are custom. We 'd recommend packhelp wihtout hesitation.

Packhelp are absolutely brilliant.
We have used them numerous times now and are always 100% satisfied.
Good quality, well priced boxes with a great selection of shapes and sizes, helps to avoid making bespoke boxes.
Mailer boxes and sleeves are great too. A quick and easy way to create something branded that looks good.
Packhelp team are really supportive and responsive, there to answer questions and give advice from start to finish.
Will continue to work with these guys, and would highly recommend!
